Processing the Order

Processing an order takes 3-5 days, depending on the availability of the product. You will be informed if the product you want is not available and if there are similar products you can choose from.

Shipping and Handling for ALL Domestic Orders Within USA

* We ship the order within 3-5 days. We generally ship orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
* Please inform us if you want us to use your preferred carrier ie UPS, FedEx etc.
* You will receive an email with tracking# information once your order ships.

We charge $3.80 flat rate for all domestic orders and an additional 1% shipping insurance of the total order amount.


Contact Us first before you place the "International orders" for Shipping Cost

For international orders, shipping will be through the USPS (The United States Postal Service). However, you can choose another carrier if you wish to.

Upon receipt of your order, we will calculate the shipping fees based on the given shipping address and we will contact you for payment.

You will receive an email with tracking# information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.


Returns and Exchange


We accept most unused and unworn purchased product within 7 days of the ship date.
But if your necklace chain changes color (or gets tarnished), we exchange it for a new one.

In your return package, please include a copy of the original invoice & a reason for the return.
